The museum currently hosts almost 100 family memberships with 200 - 300 visitors per month. This does not include birthday party guests, which can total up to 60 additional children each weekend.

While the museum charges admission, this does not begin to cover the costs incurred for staffing, rent, utilities, and insurance. The Board of Directors plans and executes fundraisers, grant applications, and special events throughout the year, but we rely heavily on donations and sponsorships in order to continue our mission of serving the children of the Ohio Valley as we have for the past six years.  Your support is critical. Donation
The Children's Museum of the Ohio Valley is a 501-c(3) organization, so your donation is tax deductible.

Day Sponsor
Each month we would like to open the museum to the local community for one day or night. You can sponsor this for $250.00. Your name will be publicized in the museum and in any advertising of the day to the public.

Event Sponsor
Regularly, we hold a special event such as the Christmas Parade Viewing Party or Breakfast with Santa. These events generally sell out. Your name will be publicized in the museum and in any advertising of the day to the public. Prices vary according to the event.

Seasonal Sponsor
Each three-month season we will hang a large banner in the front of the museum with a listing of all the corporate and individual sponsors who donate $600.00. This list will also be included in the monthly mailing to members and all advertising and publications.

Exhibit Sponsor
There are a number of exhibits in the museum that have not been sponsored. If naming one after your business makes sense, please consider a sponsorship of an exhibit using your recognizable logo on the signage.  Contact the museum for pricing information.

We are also offering scholarships for schools and memberships to better serve our entire community. Feel free to earmark your donation to this effort.
